Hello there! We’re RVGER (pronounced “rager”) a Nigerian streetwear brand. We started this blog to share our journey with you as well as the struggles we face as young entrepreneurs in Nigeria. As you know problem no dey finish, but that won’t stop us sharing vibes through music, poems, articles, art and featured stories about inspiring Nigerian creatives.
As a community we want to create an environment where positive stories about people living their lives in freedom are shared openly. Similarly, we want you to be empowered enough to share the challenges you face expressing your passions and hobbies – anything that prevents you from turning your dreams to reality (shoutout Lil Baby lol) should be heard.
As a brand, it has been a rollercoaster of emotions putting all this together and we cannot wait to start this journey with you. We will especially be expressing our ideals and views through music, as we believe in its transcendent nature and its power to bring people closer, while also unearthing feelings deep within ourselves, inspiring us to do and imagine great things. We hope you vibe with us through our RVGER playlist.
We would also appreciate suggestions, advice, and collaborations that would improve us and in turn improve our service to you. Therefore, we look to you, our customers to inspire us with your positive vibes, your perseverance, your hustle, and lastly, your spirit. You can keep it light or get deep with your experiences. What this provides, is a platform that highlights one truth, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Whether you’re quirky, confident, suffer from anxiety, social anxiety, self-doubt, introverted, extroverted, selfish or selfless, whatever, if you have a story to tell, WE are listening.
