The design was inspired by the Lekki Toll Gate Massacre that took place on the 20th of October 2020 during the #EndSARS protest in Nigeria. Peaceful protesters were harassed, shot at and some of them, murdered. This t-shirt signifies freedom of expression and freedom of speech, while also highlighting some social issues we face daily in Nigeria.
