Returns & Refund

RVGER looks to ensure its customers' full satisfaction of product purchased. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for either a store credit, refund or an exchange.

These conditions must be met in order to return an item:

• You have up to 15 business days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on rvgerclothing.com.
• Item(s) purchased must be in new, unworn and unused condition with original tags still attached.
• Free return shipping for domestic orders excluding Lagos residents with a standard fee of N1500.
• To start a return, fill the form below, drop a comment with the product code(s) and reason for return. You will be contacted for pick up. Once our purchased item is received and inspected, you will be contacted by mail to inform you if you are eligible for either a refund, store credit or an exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A refund will happen if we screw up with the wrong item or size and you return in 5 business days. Payment to your original payment method will be processed after approval. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
• We will not accept returns if you chose the wrong size, a size selection guide is provided for every product listed. Check the size that fits you before purchase.
• Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited. You may request to cancel your order but please note that order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend if they have entered the packing or shipment phases. Customers can cancel an order by contacting customer service at support@rvgerclothing.com
• If your cancelation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.
• Items returned within 21 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
• If goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed or given online store credit.
• Store credit notes are valid for three months from date of issue.
• RVGER reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
• Shipping charges for returns are same as delivery charges for your location for international orders.
• If free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: ₦‌2500 for domestic orders, ₦‌14,000 for international orders.
• Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
